Instructions on how to use your blessing jar

Your blessings jar will help you to focus on the good things in life… the purpose is to help us be happier humans!

Every time you experience a blessing write it down, fold it up, and pop it in your jar.

You can write one each day, one each week, or however often you like! Your blessings might be big or small things. Here are some suggestions: something someone said; something that made you smile; a kind stranger; an opportunity to help someone… There are lots of blessings we can count each day!

At the end of the year, or any time you need a boost, you can empty the jar and read all of the blessings you have experienced.
